This heavy-duty crimper installs single-ear CV boot clamps with a straight in-line jaw that compresses the ear flat, creating a uniform, leak-proof seal on drive shaft boots.
It features dual 1/2" square drive holes for use with standard torque wrenches and socket wrenches, and a compact 74.5mm body that fits tight undercarriage spaces. The tool is made from heat-treated AISI 1045 carbon steel with a black anti-corrosion coating and a 10.9-grade screw.
It fits most single-ear CV boot clamps and is compatible with VW, Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Honda, Mazda, GM, and other mainstream car brands. Package includes the crimper only.
