This door hinge jig kit lets you cut professional-looking mortises for round or square corner hinges from 3" to 5" in length and 1/4" to 5/8" in thickness. The integrated jig uses two removable plastic inserts to adapt to different hinge shapes.
The template is adjustable for hinge length, thickness, and corner radius, and includes a built-in depth gauge and a self-centering hinge bit for accurate screw placement. It is designed to be used with a router or compact router (not included), eliminating the need for a hammer and chisel.
