Approximate dimensions: crystal front width 0.8 cm, total length 2 cm, post length 0.9 cm, screw-back diameter 0.7 cm. To replace batteries, unscrew the stud from the back, open the housing, remove the cover, gasket, and old batteries, insert two compatible button batteries with correct polarity, replace gasket and cover, and reassemble.
