Spark Plug Gap Adjustment Tool with Measuring Feeler Gauge

This precision spark plug gap tool, paired with a 32-blade feeler gauge, allows quick, accurate adjustment of spark plug gaps for optimal engine performance, compatible with most standard spark plugs.

The gap adjuster is crafted from high-grade aluminum alloy for exceptional corrosion resistance and rust prevention, while the included feeler gauge features polished stainless steel blades that resist scratches and burrs, ensuring long-lasting, reliable performance. The tool works with spark plug threads of 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, and 16mm, but not 18mm or non-standard threads. The feeler gauge range is 0.0015"–0.035" (0.04mm–0.88mm) across 32 blades.

To adjust, place the spark plug into the tool, select the desired feeler gauge thickness, and twist the knurled knob to gently compress the side electrode to the exact gap. This controlled method prevents over-bending and ensures consistent results. If the spark plug springs back after adjustment, start with a slightly smaller gap (e.g., 0.028" for a target 0.030") to compensate.
