This drill-powered pipe thread cutting bit creates crisp internal and external threads on plastic pipes in seconds, using a standard 1/4" hex shank that fits any cordless drill. It is built from hardened 40Cr alloy steel via powder metallurgy, designed to withstand high rotational friction without dulling.
The tool features dual cutting zones: a center cone for female threads inside fittings and an outer sleeve for male threads on pipe ends. It is compatible with PPR, PVC, PE, plastic, and MPP conduit pipes, and is available in 1/2" (DN15) and 3/4" (DN20) sizes. The package includes one thread cutting tool bit in the chosen size.
For best results, select the matching size, mount the bit firmly in the drill chuck, align it perpendicular to the pipe, drill at low-to-medium speed with steady pressure, and clean debris after threading. Wear protective eye goggles during operation.

Great for Home Plumbing Fixes
I got the 1/2" bit for a small plumbing job, and honestly, it worked better than expected. Using it with my cordless drill was super straightforward. It cut clean threads quickly, making the whole repair much easier for a DIYer like me. Definitely a solid tool to have around.

Perfect Fit for My 3/4 Inch Pipe
My husband needed this for a sprinkler system upgrade. We grabbed the 3/4" size, and it threaded the PVC pipe perfectly with his regular drill. Noticed the combined pack for 1/2"+3/4" offers good value if you need both. It's a handy addition to our toolkit and performs as described.

Saves Time Over Manual Threaders
This drill-powered bit definitely speeds things up compared to my old manual threading tools. I picked up the 1/2" variant. It handled a few steel pipes without much struggle. I wish it came with a small case, but the actual cutting action is impressive for the price.
