This door lock jig kit clamps onto wooden doors to guide drilling of aligned holes for knobs and deadbolts, reducing the need for manual measuring. The tool-free C-clamp design uses protective gaskets to avoid scratches, and the height alignment window helps set accurate positions.
It includes durable M3 steel hole saw bits for smooth cuts, supports 2-3/8" (60mm) and 2-3/4" (70mm) backsets, and fits door thicknesses from 1-3/8" (35mm) to 1-3/4" (44.5mm). The kit is designed exclusively for wooden doors, not for metal doors, density boards, or solid hardwood logs.
Package includes: 1 yellow door lock guide template jig, 1 2-1/8" hole saw, 1 1" hole saw, 1 arbor with 1/4" pilot drill bit, and 1 3mm hex wrench.

This jig kit works well for standard wood doors. I appreciated being able to pick the right variant for 60mm backset and 35mm door thickness. It saved me a lot of guesswork compared to my old setup. For a DIYer tackling a few doors, it’s a solid value.
My husband used this jig for replacing a single door knob. It gets the job done for 70mm backset, but the plastic felt a little light, so I wouldn't call it heavy-duty. It held up fine for one use, just be careful not to overtighten. Measurements were accurate enough.
