This door hinge jig kit lets you cut professional-looking mortises for round or square corner hinges without a hammer and chisel. It works with hinges from 3" to 5" in length and 1/4" or 5/8" in thickness.
The template adjusts for hinge length, thickness, and corner shape. It includes a built-in depth gauge for the router bit and a self-centering hinge bit to align screws. The kit is made of sturdy ABS plastic with silicone anti-skid pads on both sides to protect the door.
