This hinge mortise jig is built from 6061 aluminum alloy with an anodized finish, resisting rust and wear for lasting durability. It clamps securely to the door edge with easy-to-turn knobs, preventing movement during routing for clean, accurate results.
The jig features clearly marked guides for hinge lengths from 2.5" to 5" and integrated depth gauges for precise, repeatable cuts. It accommodates common hinge corners including 1/4" and 5/8" radius, as well as 90-degree square corners (chisel required).
Package includes the jig, router bit, self-centering drill bit, and screwdriver bit. Note: This jig is designed for use on the door edge, not the door jamb.
