This 7-piece swaging set works with electric drills to expand copper tubing, creating smooth, uniform flared ends for secure pipe connections. It is ideal for air conditioner, fridge, and refrigeration equipment repair.
Made from integrally formed chromium-vanadium steel, the bits resist cracking and deformation under prolonged frequent use. The set includes 6 individual swaging bits (1/4'', 3/8'', 1/2'', 5/8'', 3/4'', 7/8'') and a 5-in-1 tower expander for 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, 16mm, and 19mm tubing. All bits have a universal 1/4'' hex shank, compatible with most power drills.
Package includes 6 separate swaging bits and 1 tower expander. Avoid direct hand contact with heated copper tubes after swaging; allow them to fully cool before handling.

Honestly, this 7-piece drill bit set is super handy. We do a lot of AC installs, and these bits make flaring the copper lines so much faster. They hold up well too, even with daily use on different tube sizes. Definitely a time-saver on the job.
I picked up this swaging set for small repairs out in the field. It's really convenient to have the common sizes like 6mm and 12mm ready to go right on my drill. No need for bulky tools, which is a huge plus when space is tight. Saves a trip back to the shop.
