It works on surfaces such as metal, ceramic, wood, rubber, glass, plastic, and stone. To activate the puff effect, apply even heat with a hairdryer or microwave for at least 2 minutes.

This IEY pen really does create a noticeable 3D relief, which is pretty neat. I started with the 1-pack to try it out. My first few attempts were a bit clunky, but I soon got the hang of it. Once you figure it out, the 'turn flat' feature works effectively.
